Significant Growth in Demand
The first six months of 2025 have witnessed an increased demand for Bossklein products, particularly within our V-WIPE range of disinfectant wipes and our comprehensive portfolio of infection control solutions. Both categories have shown consistent and significant growth, with existing partners increasing order volumes and new customers coming onboard.
The popularity of the V-WIPE range continues to soar due to its proven effectiveness, reliability, and ease of use. Feedback from partners and end-users alike has been overwhelmingly positive, further cementing Bossklein’s position as a trusted brand in infection control. Similarly, our range of infection control solutions – including disinfectants, surface sprays, and cleaning products have seen a parallel rise in demand as hygiene standards remain a top priority throughout the healthcare industry.
Manufacturing Lead Times
This surge in demand has naturally led to an extremely busy production schedule at our manufacturing facility. This is an encouraging sign of Bossklein’s growing popularity and market share. We want to acknowledge this shift and highlight some of the strategic steps we’ve taken to keep up with the increasing demand.
Investment in Manufacturing
Topdental/Bossklein have made key investments in our production facilities during the first half of this year. These enhancements have already started to yield real benefits in terms of improved workflow, efficiency, and order throughput.
New equipment installed:
- Semi-automated box label printers and applicators – These systems are streamlining the packaging process, allowing for faster and more accurate labelling across high-volume product lines.
- Direct-to-unit barcode printing technology – This upgrade enables faster handling and improved traceability of units, while significantly reducing time spent on manual printing and application tasks.
These investments have already helped alleviate some of the production pressures, resulting in improved efficiency and a reduction in processing times across several product lines. As we continue to optimise these systems and scale up capacity, we expect further improvements in throughput and turnaround times in the second half of the year.
Q3 Production Capacity
Given the current pace of demand, we are already approaching full capacity for Q3 production slots. Our planning team are working hard to accommodate as many orders as possible, but we strongly encourage all wholesale partners to place their orders as early as possible for Q3 and Q4 delivery to ensure availability and secure their preferred delivery windows.
Q4 schedule
Looking further ahead, Q4 production planning is already underway, and based on current forecasting, we anticipate these slots will also fill quickly. We urge our partners to take a proactive approach and reach out to their account manager or our sales team to discuss their requirements for the remainder of the year.
